To reserve your stateroom with our wedding group, call the Royal Caribbean Group Vacation Specialists at 1-800-465-3595 and follow the prompts for help with an established group.
Please use group number 9015939 for Jack and Jaclyn Wedding on Utopia of the Seas.
NOTE: If you need to book a room for 3 or more guests, book your cruise first then call Royal to be added to our group.
Royal Caribbean’s group team is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
Group Rates
These are the locked-in double-occupancy group rates for the first and second guest in each stateroom. Taxes, fees, gratuities, and optional add-ons are not included.

Triple and quadruple staterooms may be available, but Royal Caribbean will need to confirm availability when you book.
Important Dates

| March 10, 2027 | Final payment is due for remaining balances. |
A deposit of $200 per stateroom is due once a booking is created within the group.
After the June 27th deadline, the rooms we reserved will be released to the public. We will re-reserve more rooms as needed afterwards. Let us know if you have concerns.
Costs To Know
The rates above do not include taxes and fees, currently $107.98 per person. Royal Caribbean also recommends prepaid gratuities, currently $74 per person for the full cruise or $84 per person for suite guests.
Your final total may vary based on current availability, promotions, taxes and fees, gratuities, stateroom type, and any extras you choose.
Cancellations
To avoid cancellation charges, cancellations should be made before the final payment date, March 10, 2027. If you book using a non-refundable deposit promotional rate, Royal Caribbean will confirm those restrictions on your individual booking invoice.
