You can also book a room independently through Royal Caribbean, then call afterward and ask them to link your reservation to our group using the same group number.

Royal Caribbean’s group team is available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.

Pricing now depends on Royal Caribbean’s current availability, promotions, taxes and fees, gratuities, stateroom type, and any extras you choose. Royal Caribbean will confirm your exact total when you book.

The deposit due at booking is $100 per person. Royal Caribbean will confirm cancellation terms and the payment schedule for your specific reservation when you book.

Cancellations

To avoid cancellation charges, cancellations should be made before the final payment date, March 10, 2027. If you book using a non-refundable deposit or promotional rate, Royal Caribbean will confirm those restrictions on your individual booking invoice.
