Guest FAQ
Answers to early questions guests may have about the wedding, port, and sailing.
Can I attend without sailing?
Yes, but non-sailing guest space is limited. The wedding has 100 total guest spots, and up to 50 may be non-sailing guests.
Can I still sail even if I’m not attending the wedding?
Yes! Royal considers the wedding and group booking as separate entities, so if you or a friend are not specifically invited to the wedding ceremony, you can still celebrate with us on the ship. Just make sure you coordinate with Royal to join our group.
Do I need to book the cruise now?
It would be ideal to book soon. See the Reserve page for details.
If you plan to sail, call Royal Caribbean Group Vacation Specialists at 1-800-465-3595 and use group number 9015939 for Jack and Jaclyn Wedding. You can also book independently through Royal Caribbean, then call afterward and ask them to link your reservation to our group.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit due at booking is $100 per person.
What should I have ready when I call Royal Caribbean?
Royal Caribbean will ask for each guest’s legal first and last name, date of birth, citizenship, gender, mailing address, phone number, and email address. A deposit payment is also needed once your booking is created.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due by March 10, 2027.
Where is the wedding?
The wedding will take place in port at Port Canaveral, Florida, aboard the Utopia of the Seas ship.
When is the sailing?
Utopia of the Seas sails May 24-28, 2027 on a 4-night Perfect Day CocoCay & Bahamas itinerary.
